Filmageddon has arrived.
A set of free black & white Lightroom presets, lovingly crafted to ruin your digital photos in the most filmic way possible.
Forget “timeless elegance” or “subtle tones.” These presets lean into grit, destruction, and the kind of monochrome chaos that makes your images look like they’ve been chewed up, spat out, and published in a scandal rag.
Each film stock gets three flavors:
Portraits (for people who want their faces to look like album covers from the 80s)
Architecture (for concrete, steel, and crumbling remains)
Documentary (for street, travel, and general bad moods)
Here’s what’s in the launch pack:
Ilford HP5+ — Bleak Chic, Recesion Contrast, Gutter Press
Kodak Tri-X — Street Fight, Collapsed Facade, Revolution Broadcast
Kodak TMax — Tax Return Soul, Office Block Grey, Labcoat Logic
Ilford Delta 3200 — Ghost Light, Vacancy Neon, Crime Scene Grain
Fuji Acros — Salaryman Blues, Hard Edge, Zen Collapse
Agfa Scala — Funeral Chic, Marble Ruin, Newsreel Ashes
That’s 18 ways to make your files look like they belong in a forgotten shoebox under someone’s bed — but with the convenience of a single click.

Installation
Drop the preset folders into your Lightroom Develop Presets directory. They’ll show up under FILMAGEDDON inside Lightroom, neatly sorted by stock. (Full install instructions included in the download.)
Price
These presets are the result of many late nights, too much coffee, and a slightly concerning obsession with making digital files look worse.
They’re free because I want people to enjoy them — but if you find them useful, or they’ve saved you time, please consider buying me a coffee.
It keeps the lights on, the beans brewing, and the presets coming.
